Our background

Behind our revolutionary technology are our co founders: Jorge Blasco PhD, the intellectual father of photonicSENS’ single lens, one shot 3D sensing solution, and Ann Whyte, the operational lead & President.

Depth perception is the ability to perceive the world in three dimensions (3D). It enables us to judge how far away something is, or how much space is between things. In August 2015 Ann & Jorge hired first photonicSENS employee to recreate this ability in any device.

Today a multidisciplinary, multinational team of highly qualified engineers, physicists, and computer vision experts make this vision a reality. Our mission is to be the leader in 3D depth cameras for VR, MR & AR.

OBJETIVOS DEL PROYECTO
Desarrollo de una minicámara-3D para gafas de realidad virtual y automatización industrial integrando en un solo CHIPLET, un procesador RISC-V de bajo consumo, un sensor de imagen de alta eficiencia foto-eléctrica y nanolentes refractivas y difractivas.
